When reading email

In classic Outlook, in your inbox, double-click a message to open it in a standalone message window.

Near the right end of the ribbon, selectÂ
 Zoom.(If you don't see Zoom, select the "more commands" ellipsis at the right end, then select Zoom.)

In the dialog, set the percentage you want.

Select Remember my preference, then select OK.
When you're reading email message, you can adjust the zoom level. The level you choose stays the same from message to message until you change it again.

In new Outlook​​​​​​​, in a message you're reading, go to the upper right area of the message and selectÂ
 Zoom options. -
Zoom out or in by using or as needed to set the zoom level you want.

To return to a 100% zoom level, select Reset.
