PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 for Mac PowerPoint for the web

  1. Select Review > Language and then choose Set Proofing Language.

  2. Choose the proofing language you'd like to use, and select OK.

If Set Proofing Language is grayed out, you may need to install an additional language pack. For more info, see Language Accessory Pack for Office.
