Configure audio and video devices before the meeting

To check your audio and video before the meeting, do the following:

  1. In the Lync Online main window, click the Options button Options arrow, and then click Audio Device.

  2. Verify that the correct device is selected.

  3. Click Video Device, and then verify that your camera is working correctly.

  4. Click OK.
