You can set Crow's foot notation by using the Database tab (or menu, depending on your version) in Visio.

Click the Database tab, and then click Display Options.

On the Relationship tab, select the Crow's feet check box, and then click OK.
Note: The Database Model Diagram template and the Crow's Foot Database Notation template are only available in the professional and premium editions of Visio.

On the Database menu, point to Options, and then click Document.
The Document command is available only in the Database Model Diagram template.
