Signing into OneNote using Single Sign-On (SSO) has become a no-tap experience for users. Now getting into the app is quick and simple.

Sign in using SSO

If you have an active, signed in Microsoft account in any Microsoft 365 app, you will be able to see that on the new Sign in/ Sign up screen.

A default account for SSO appears on the page where you will be automatically signed in with no-tap experience after 5 seconds of wait time.

Tap on Sign-in using another account to find a list of other accounts with which you can SSO.

Enter a new account if you do not find your account in the list.

Sign in with multiple accounts

Tap on the circle icon with your account image in the upper left (also called "Me Control") and select Add Account to sign in with multiple accounts.

You will see the same Sign in experience using SSO while adding your multiple accounts to the app.

Sign in with either the default account or go to Sign in using another account
