  1. Select a cell in a column that contains text. 

  2. Right-click the cell and select Sort. ​​​​​​​If you get a sort warning about expanding your selection, be sure to include all columns related to the text. 

  3. Choose  Sort table ascending icon Sort A to Z or  Sort table descending icon Sort Z to A.
