Column order

Specifies the order in which columns appear in the report.

Move up

Moves the selected column up one position in the ordered list.

Move down

Moves the selected column down one position in the ordered list.

Row order

Specifies how data is sorted into rows in the report. If you are sorting by more than one property, after the list is sorted by the property in the Sort by box, the list is sorted by the additional properties in sequence.

Ascending

Sorts the lowest number, the beginning of the alphabet, or the earliest data first in the sorted list.

Descending

Sorts the highest number, the end of the alphabet, or the latest date first in the sorted list.
