Select a cell in the column that you want to sort numerically or alphabetically.

On the Table menu that appears, select Sort and chooseÂ
 Sort Ascending or  Sort Descending.Tips:Â

To sort two or more rows in your table, and not the whole table at the same time, select the rows you want to sort, on the Table tab, select Sort, and choose Sort Selected Rows.

To set a particular row in your tables as the starting point for sorting, select the row. On the Table tab select Sort, and then chooseÂ
 Header Row. -
To sort pages, drag the page tab to a different place in the list of pages.
