Groups selected data together and performs a calculation on the group.
Group by
Specifies the property by which you want to group.
Options
Opens the Options dialog box where you can specify how the grouped data is displayed.
Subtotals
Specifies the calculations you want to perform on a group. To specify a calculation for a property, select the appropriate check box. The Count calculation is available for all properties. The remaining calculations, such as Total, can only be performed on numerical properties.
Note:Â The subtotal calculations are performed on the rows actually displayed in the report and will not include information for any duplicate rows that are excluded from the report in the Options dialog box.
