In your browser, navigate to the document library you want to sync from SharePoint to your device.

Select Sync in the toolbar:
If your browser asks for permission to use OneDrive, confirm that it's OK. (For the purposes of syncing, OneDrive and SharePoint are the same thing.)

If necessary, sign in with your work or school account to start syncing your files.
