Table options allow you to specify margins and cell spacing for the entire table.
Default cell margins
Enter values for top, bottom, left, or right, to control how much space there is between the text within a cell and the edges of the cell.
Default cell spacing
By default there is no spacing between cells in the table. If you prefer spacing between the cells, select the Allow spacing between cells check box and enter a value.
Options
By default, table cells automatically resize to fit the content within them. If you wish to maintain a fixed width or height for your table, clear the Automatically resize to fit contents check box.
Click OK to save your changes.
