Note: You must be a meeting organizer to save a record of who's attending.

  1. During the meeting, select  People or Show Participants button People or Show participants.

  2. Select the ellipsis (...) and then choose Teams download arrow iconDownload attendee list. If you don't see this option, check with your administrator.

  3. The report is saved as a .CSV file where you choose, or in your download folder. The file contains the name, join time, and leave time, duration, and role of all attendees.

Tip: When you download, you'll see a pop-up in the upper right showing the file. Hover over that pop-up and choose Show in download folder button icon Show in folder to go right to the downloads folder location.
