Last Updated: November 20, 2025

ISSUE

Currently there is no Report button for calendar items in classic Outlook. Common scenarios that you would use the Report button for calendar items include:

  • Report spam meeting items such as junk.

  • Report expected shared calendar invites as not junk.

STATUS: INVESTIGATING

The Outlook Team is working to add the Report button for calendar items. We will update this topic with the release builds as soon as this feature is available.

If you want to test or use this feature as soon as it is available, consider putting a machine on the Microsoft 365 Beta Channel. For more information, please go to Use a registry command to install Microsoft 365 Insider on Windows devices.
