Undo an action

• Press Ctrl+Z to undo an action or select   Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar.

• Press Ctrl+Y to redo an action, or select   Redo on the Quick Access Toolbar.
  
  Repeat to undo multiple actions. By default, Excel has 100 levels of undo.

If you've saved, use version history to go back. For more info, see View or restore version history of a workbook.

Tip: To undo several actions at the same time, select the arrow next to Undo. Hover over the actions in the list to undo and select the list.
