Hello,
Select a different account.
You have multiple accounts
Choose the account you want to sign in with.

You may see an "account frozen" message if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. To unfreeze your account:

  1. Sign in to the account associated with the error. If you cannot remember your other sign in details, you can recover your account.

  2. Go to Manage Storage and either:

    1. Select See what's taking up space to remove unwanted files. This can include emptying your recycle bin.

    2. Select Plans and upgrades to get a Microsoft 365 subscription, or upgrade your subscription to get an additional 1 TB of storage.

Tip: If you think you received an account frozen notification by mistake, it could be that you have an additional Microsoft account, for example one that was created for use with Samsung Gallery.
Sign in with your other account credentials to unfreeze it.
