In classic Outlook, go to
Calendar or press Ctrl+2, open a meeting, and make your changes. -
Select Send Update.
Tip: For more info on changing meetings and appointments, see Change an appointment, meeting, or event.

In new Outlook, on the calendar grid, double-click a meeting you've created to open it.

In the meeting dialog, make any changes you like.

Select Send to send the updated info to the meeting invitees.
