Since you've purchased Office from the Microsoft Store app on your Windows device, you can update Office from the same place!

Exit all Office apps.

Open the Microsoft Store app by typing "Microsoft Store" into the taskbar search and press Enter.

Select your profile icon in the top right corner and make sure you're signed into the Microsoft account associated with your Office license.

Select the overflow icon (three dots to the left of your user icon) and choose Downloads and Updates.

Select Get Updates.
Note: If you get a "You're good to go" message after selecting Get Updates, you don't have any new updates to install.
