Where can I manage my subscription?

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from the app, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand. To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your iTunes account settings. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

If you already had a Microsoft 365 subscription and did not purchase it from the app, you can manage it here.

I see Premium next to my email account in Settings. What does this mean?

It means that you have premium Outlook features enabled for your account as part of a paid subscription. You can see all your benefits here.

I don’t see Premium next to my email account in Settings. How can I upgrade my account to a Microsoft 365 subscription?

If you only have an Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account on your app, go to Settings and select Upgrade.

How can I upgrade from a Microsoft 365 Personal to Family subscription?

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from the app:

Go to device Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Stores > Subscriptions and Cancel Subscription.

Your subscription will not be fully cancelled until 15 days after the date your subscription was set to renew.

After this time has passed, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Subscriptions to purchase a Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

If you already had a Microsoft 365 subscription and did not purchase it from the app, you can manage it here.
