Use /commands in Teams searches

Commands can be used in the Search box at the top of Teams. Commands are shortcuts to common tasks in Teams. 

To use a command, type / followed by one of the commands, such as: 

• Type /chat, /apps, or /call to open a chat, search for an app, or call someone. 

• Enter /YouTube to find and share a video in a meeting.

• In Chat, use /Praise to send praise to your peers in. 

• Type /available, /busy, /dnd, /brb, /away, or /offline to set your status. 

To see a menu of all commands, type / in the search box.
