Under Choose your mode, select Dark or Light for either both "Windows and apps", or just "apps".

Open System Preferences then select Appearance.

Choose the Dark or Light appearance.

Select the Me icons then Settings.

Under Theme, select Light, Dark or System Default.
Light/dark mode in the OneDrive website
Themes for the OneDrive website are currently only available if you sign in with a work or school account. Go to Settings on the top navigation, then select the Dark mode toggle.
