You can use the dial pad to call anyone from Teams. Simply click CallsÂ
To access your dial pad during a call, go to your call controls and select KeypadÂ
Note:Â If you don't see the dial pad, your company may not have purchased a calling plan.
Use the Teams keypad to dial numbers from your Enterprise Voice phone number. Tap Calls
Use the dial pad on your mobile device to dial numbers from your personal phone number and to make emergency calls to your country-specific emergency number.
