To add voting buttons in classic Outlook:

In a message, go to the Options tab, select
 Use Voting Buttons and then choose one of the voting options. In the body of the message, describe what readers are voting for and ask them to vote.
To vote in an email you've received in classic Outlook:Â

In a message, on the Message tab, select
 Vote, then choose an option from the menu. Send the email reply.

To add voting buttons in new Outlook :

In a message you're composing, select the body of the message, go to the Insert tab, select
 Polls, and then choose one of the voting options. Write a message describing what readers are voting for and ask them to vote. When you're ready, select Send.Â
To vote in an email you've received in new Outlook:Â

In a message, answer the questions, then select Submit. Or you can click the link to the poll and enter your responses there.
