On the Home tab, select ​​​​​​​
 Fill in the Editing group and do one of the following:Â-
Down, Right, Up, Left, fills the selected cells in the chosen direction.

Series lets you set the direction, type, date units, step and stop values of the fill.

Justify adjust the width of a block of text to selected columns.

Choose the setting to use and select OK.

The Fill command isn't currently supported in Excel for the web. You can, however, use Fill in the Excel desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
