In Duet Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP, you can view reports depending on the context of the workspace. For example, in the Products workspace, you will be able to view only product-related reports such as Profit Center: Actual Line Items, Sales Values, Billing Documents, and so on.
Note: If you experience issues displaying customer data details, or notice that the information about customer or product details is hidden, please refresh your browser to make the details appear.
To view reports in a collaboration workspace, follow these steps:

In the Duet Enterprise Web site, open the collaboration space.

In the collaboration space, open the individual workspace. To do this, click the drop-down next to a list item and select Open Workspace.

On the workspace, under Related Actions, click an action.

On the properties page, make the changes that you want to make and click Run Report.
You can change only the items that you are authorized to change; items that you are not authorized to change are hidden or inactive (grayed out). For example, in the following illustration, the user has permission to change multiple parameters. As you can see, for each parameter, the user can select a parameter from a drop-down menu, and then set one or more boundary values for the parameter. However, notice that the Edit button in the Schedule Report row is inactive (grayed out). This user does not have permission to change the report schedule.

Click OK.

Click Yes to close the window.
When the report completes running successfully, it will display in the Reports Web Part in the collaboration workspace. You will also receive an email notification if you have signed up for alerts for the report in Reports Center.
