When you book a calendar event, you can choose a workspace as a physical location where you can work. It can be a single desk or many desks.
The way you book it is similar to how you book a conference room in Outlook. Workspaces have a capacity and minimum booking duration requirement that are set by your IT admin. For example, if a workspace has 10 desks, then only 10 people can book that workspace and the 11th person will receive an automatic decline.
Set up Outlook mobile to book Workspaces
Before you book a workspace, you must set up Outlook mobile to book a workspaces.

Tap the Home icon.

Tap Settings .

Tap Calendar .

Next to Workspace booking, tap the toggle to turn it on.
Outlook is ready to book a workspace.
Book a workspace

In Outlook mobile, tap Calendar .

Tap Add .

Select Location.

Enter or search for a workspace. Select Accept when you are done.

Enter you event details as usual.

Select Accept to save the event.
After you book the workspace, you'll initially see an entry in your calendar but that doesn't mean the booking is confirmed. You will receive an email with the status of the booking.
