Infinite Canvas in Visio for the web provides a truly limitless drawing canvas to free you from the restrictions of pages. Whether creating a flowchart, org chart, network diagram, or other drawing, Infinite Canvas provides the flexibility to express your ideas creatively.

Introducing Mind Maps in Visio
With your Visio Plan 1 or Visio Plan 2 license, you can now use mind maps in Visio for the web. Mind maps let you visualize your ideas on a canvas. You might start out with just a single central node/idea, but then elements grow outward in a spider format with additional nodes as you brainstorm with your team. You can easily modify the mind map and add new nodes or remove redundant ones without disrupting the visual fidelity of the diagram. It helps you organize your thoughts and find clarity. Learn more about how to create a mind map.
For more details, see Create a mind map in Visio.
For a detailed discussion from the Visio product team, see Brainstorm your next big idea with mind maps in Visio for the web.
