Where is the Picture Format tab?

When there's a picture on a slide, and you select that picture, the Picture Format tab appears on the ribbon. It's a contextual ribbon tab—it's only visible on the ribbon while a picture is selected:

* If you still don't see Picture Format in this circumstance, the window is too narrow to show all tabs. Look for two chevron characters  at the right end of the tab set. Select it to make visible any missing tab names, then select the tab you want.
