You can format a cell so that text wraps automatically.
Wrap text in a cell or group of cells

Select the cells that you want to format.

On the Home tab, click Wrap Text.
Text inside the cell wraps to fit the column width. When you change the column width, text wrapping adjusts automatically.
Note:Â If all wrapped text is not visible, it might be because the row is set to a specific height. To enable the row to adjust automatically and show all wrapped text, on the Format menu, point to Row, and then click AutoFit.
