If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, you can only manage it directly from your device or the Google Play site.To cancel your Skype Subscription purchased through Google Play:

In Skype, tap your profile picture .

Tap Skype to Phone .

Tap the Skype Subscription you want to cancel, then tap Manage subscriptions.

To cancel your Skype Number purchased through Google Play:

In Skype, tap your profile picture .

Tap Skype Number .

Tap the Skype Number you want to cancel, then tap Manage your Skype Number on Google Play Store .
