Symptoms

On a Windows 8.1-based computer that has certain MediaTek (formerly known as Ralink) drivers installed, the computer may crash. Additionally, you receive a Stop error message that resembles the following:

AV_NULL_IP_BTHUSB!USBD_CreateHandle
