"The external credentials in the SSO database are more recent" error when you modify the EDI trading agreement in BizTalk Server 2013 R2

Symptoms

When you modify the EDI trading agreement in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2, the data is saved to the Single Sign-On (SSO) component. Then, there may be multiple calls to the SetConfigInfo method in a short interval, and you receive the following error message:

Resolution

Hotfix information
