Symptoms
Assume that you are in a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 environment whose system region is set to German. When you run the Post Move Cleanup Tool, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
ERROR: The row has different number of columns than header row. ERROR: sip:xxx@domain.com,00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000,xxx.domain.com,DateTime,xxxx,xxxx,xx,xxxx,xx,xxxx,x,xxxx,xxx,xxxx,x,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxxx,x,Success,0,0,0 ERROR: The summary file is not recognizable. Please check command line and ensure correct summary file is passed.
Cause
This issue occurs because the time value in the MoveResults.csv file is in an incorrect format in German regional settings.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the January 2017 cumulative update 5.0.8308.984 for Lync Server 2013.
