This issue occurs if the workbook that contains some queries was created in Excel 2016. To fix this issue, install the December 8, 2015, update for Excel 2013 (KB3114354) or the December 8, 2015, update for Office 2013 (KB3085570). To work around this issue, you can save the workbook first before refresh the workbook in Excel 2013.
