This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russia (ru) region.

Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update is available for corrective report and fixed asset (FA) storno operations in FA module for Russia in Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

The functionality provides the possibility to create corrective operations in FA module and corrective reporting for property, transport and land declarations.

More information

The functionality provides the possibility:

  • Create correction or storno transactions for FA operations for closed GL accounting period.

  • Create corrective declarations (Property tax, Land tax, Transport tax), based on FA module information.

The need to create a storno (correction) operation appears when some mistake is done, or some operation is forgotten and this fact was detected when the GL accounting period was closed. The final goal in these situations is – provide the correcting reporting to Tax authorities, especially when the tax base was decreased.

  1. To create a correcting operation in FA journal user should mark the operation in the Corrective document field and identify the Сorrected period field.

If the transaction date belongs the closed GL period, the warning about this fact appears by transaction posting.

After posting, user can see in voucher transaction that Date field containing the first date of open period; the Corrective period field containing the date in closed reporting period.

The FA module transactions contains the same information.

  2. The new button Correction is added on the form Tax register journal in goal to view the corrected reporting.

Using one of the Correction to current journal or Correction created with current journal options, user can look through the relevant documents.

The Version field is added in the Tax register journal form.

There are two regimes realized for the register Cost calculation recalculation - Full and Partial.

The partial recalculation is based on the corrective and storno transactions to identify the required report. The full regime recalculates the register for all FA included in the register. The full regime has to be started when any rates or other common rules were changed in previous periods.

When reporting is printed the version of correction may be chosen to identify the required report.
