Introduction

This update introduces the changes that are available in the 4-FSS report for Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

More Information

According to the order of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation No 381 from 26th of September 2016 the following changes have been implemented:

  • A new printable layout on 4-FSS report has been implemented. It contains the explication of contribution fees calculation for insurance against accidents at work.

According to the order of Social Security Fund of Russian Federation No 83 from 09th of March 2017, a new electronic (XML) format of the quarter report 4-FSS is introduced starting from the 1-st quarter of year 2017.


To comply with the requirements the changes in "Electronic reporting" module settings are published for a new format of 4-FSS report.

New settings for the related Microsoft Dynamics AX version can be imported using Template import functionality in "Electronic reporting" module.


Any customized Queries, Fixed requisites, etc... can be then adjusted in "Electronic reporting" module.


The hotfix also contains minor layout amendments of the Certificate about earnings for 2 previous years used for Social contributions calculation.
These changes have been implemented only in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 according to the order of the Ministry of labor and social security of the Russian Federation No 1n from 09th of January 2017.

Prerequisites

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
