INTRODUCTION
This article describes that a country-specific update is available to comply with changes that were introduced in CFD and CFDI electronic invoices by the second amendment of miscellaneous resolution 2012 in Mexico in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
More Information
The second amendment of miscellaneous resolution 2012 was released by the government. Some changes and the incorporation set of rules that affects the issuing of electronic invoices for both CFD and CFDI methods were announced. Most of the changes that were introduced in CFD and CFDI electronic invoices are related with some clarifications that were detailed when the taxpayer has not information to report in these documents.The following changes were introduced in both CFD and CFDI electronic invoices:

Users can introduce the "Not applicable" term when the tax regime is not identifiable in the company information.

Users can introduce a method of payment as "Not identified".

Users can introduce the bank account number as "Not identified".
To comply with these changes, a country-specific update is available in Mexico in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.This update contains the following changes in CFD and CFDI XML schemas:

If the "Tax regime (RegimenFiscal)" tag is blank, the tag is populated with the "Not applicable" term.

If the "unit of measure (unidad)" tag is blank, the tag is populated with the "Not applicable" term.

If the "Method of payment (metodoDePago)" tag is blank, the tag is populated with the "Not identified" term.

If the "Bank account number (NumCtaPago)" tag is blank, the tag is populated with the "Not identified" term.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
