INTRODUCTION

This article describes that a country-specific update that replaces OKATO with OKTMO in Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1).

More Information

According to the Letter of Russian Finance Ministry from 25.04.2013 N 02-04-05/14508. The Russian Ministry of Finance decides to use from 1 January 2014 in the budget process for payment and reporting documents the Russian Classification of municipalities (OKTMO) instead of OKTMO.

The automatically changes for OKATO to OKTMO is provided based on the new Table for OKATO and OKTMO correspondence. The codes may be entered manually.

Resolution

Enter the OKTMO in company requisites manually, in vendors parameters and FA locations.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 installed to apply this update.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.
