Symptoms

Assume that you run an application that uses the IGroupPolicyObject interface on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. However, a handle leak occurs every time that a thread creates and then releases the IGroupPolicyObject interface. Additionally, if you use Performance Monitor when this issue occurs, you notice the handle count increases steadily.
