Introduction
This article describes that the Staff Accounting update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed. The update contains a new personified SPV-2 report provided to the Pension Fund of Russian Federation.
More information
According to the order of the Pension Fund of Russian Federation No 237p from July 21, 2014, a new personified report SPV-2 is introduced.
It must be submitted to the Pension Fund for the employees who have been retired to calculate their work seniority accordingly. This update enables SVP-2 report generation in both formats: paper and XML.

A supported update is now available from Microsoft. The update corrects the problem that is described in this article. Apply the update only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
