Add notes for yourself to help you prepare for an upcoming meeting, remember details about your relationship with a customer, and so on. These notes are private to you. They’re not shared with anyone else or synced to the CRM system.

  1. Open the Viva Sales pane and select the customer.

  2. On the Details tab, enter your notes about the customer in the Private notes card.

    View recent activities

  3. Select anywhere outside the Private notes card to save the note.
