If you're having issues with the Sports app, you've come to the right place.

There are a few simple things that you can do to resolve most issues with MSN apps.

  • First, be sure that you have a connection to the internet. If you are on a mobile device and away from Wi-Fi hotspots, be sure that you have allowed the device to use your cellular service.

  • Next, be sure that you are signed in with your Microsoft account and that you are using the same Microsoft account on all devices on which you want to share app-related information or settings.

  • If you are using the app for the first time, it may download updates and some features may respond more slowy than expected.

If you see a specific error message, send feedback to Microsoft from within the app settings menu and include the error message in your feedback.

  1. On the Sports Home Page, swipe or scroll towards the right to the My Teams section.

  2. Tap or select the + icon.

  3. Search for your My teams by entering a team name or city and selecting a team.

  4. Tap or select Add.

  2. With the teams displayed, scroll as needed to the team you want to remove.

  3. Tap and hold the team you want to delete and then tap on the X icon.

  3. Hold and drag teams to change the order of the list.

  4. The order of your My teams will be changed.

  3. Hold and drag sports to change the order of the list.

  4. The order of your My sports will be changed.

  1. Swipe or scroll to Scoreboard.

  2. Tap the tile for the game to read the recap or preview.

  1. On the Sports home page, swipe to the right to My sports.

  2. Tap the + icon at the top right of the screen.

  3. Tap on + or -* to add it to My sports.

  4. Tap on + or -* to remove it from My sports

  • After launching the app for the first time, it may take a few minutes for the this option to be ready

  • Enter the team name and give it a few seconds to update, try deleting a few characters and then typing them again

  • Make sure you re-try one or two times and give it a few seconds each time to update
