Introduction

An update is available for Message Box Viewer in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 Cumulative Update 2. The update includes the following improvements for Message Box Viewer:

• Adds a new topology diagram

• Adds a new global option so that you can display the report index vertically or horizontally

• Adds a new dashboard report that displays BizTalk system information (for example, database sizes, queues, SVC instances, and MsgBox table sizes)

• Adds the ability to directly add custom entries as actions to Message Box Viewer

• Adds the ability to prevent the Summary Report and Dashboard Report from being created (the Warning Report is still generated)

• Changes HTML rendering so that a horizontal frame is used for the main reports index and the Segoe font is used

• Adds two pure SQL queries

• Adds a query that obtains information on the temporary database

• Adds a query that changes fragment size tuning

• Fixes the MsgFlow report expand/collapse button

• Fixes the Topology Report expand/collapsebutton

• Fixes other bugs
