Out-of-order packets in the media stack transport layer are considered corrupted data by the Skype for Business 2016 client. Therefore, the remote desktop protocol (RDP) stack closes the connection.
To fix this issue, install the December 8, 2015, security update (KB3114372) for Skype for Business 2016.
