Can't manage alias on remote mailbox through ECP

Symptoms

You can't process name change requests or manage the alias of a remote mailbox through the Exchange Control Panel (ECP). 

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install the following cumulative update: 

• Cumulative Update 15 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019
