Cannot set Title in Exchange Admin Center (ECP) if it contains more than 64 characters

Symptoms

The Title attribute for a user contains more than 64 characters. When you try to modify and save user properties in the Exchange Admin Center (ECP), you receive the following error message:

However, this problem does not occur when you use Exchange Management PowerShell.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install Cumulative Update 12 for Exchange Server 2013.
