Capicom is a function set that is used with Web page operations for encryption and it is located in the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK). The Dllhost program typically stops processing data and Web pages that are hosted by the computer may not respond. This symptom occurs only if Capicom.dll is running on the target computer.
