Symptoms
When you run the DeletedAged Client Download History database maintenance task on a CentralAdministration Site (CAS) in Configuration Manager current branch version 1606, the task fails. Error messages that resemble the following are recorded in the smsdbmon.log file on the CAS.
Microsoft SQL Server reported SQL message 50000, severity 16: [42000][50000][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Error 10001, Level 16, State 1, Table ClientDownloadHistory, Message: Site data table is read-only at CAS : tr_ClientDownloadHistory_NonUpdatable_INS_UPD_DEL
Status
This error can be safely ignored on a Central Administration Site.
This issue is corrected in Configuration Manager current branch version 1610.
Resolution
This resolution applies to System Center Configuration Manager, version 1606.
To resolve this issue, disable the Delete Aged Client Download History maintenance task on the CAS.
