The Comms activity page gives you at-a-glance views of the overall performance of your network communications. It provides insight into the reach and engagement of your network and personal communications and of your current campaigns.
You can also drill down to features in the Quick links section, including delegate management, a list of Featured conversations and the list of your Official communities. The Comms activity page provides lots of links and options to dig further into communications and metrics features.Â

Quick links |
You can open your Delegates configuration;Â investigate the most recent Featured conversations; and see the list, if any, of official communities. Note:Â Licensed Engage admins and corporate communicators can create, manage, and delete official campaigns. |

Current campaigns |
If you're running any official campaigns in your network, they'll appear under Current campaigns. The Create new link opens the main Campaigns page where you can create a new official campaign. View all opens the Campaign discovery page. You can filter the campaigns shown by All campaigns (the default) or My campaigns. |
Viewing reach and engagement
You can quickly see what's going on with communications coming from your own efforts, and for the entire Viva Engage network. You'll see the basic stats in Comms activity, but A View all link at the bottom of each analytics summary panel takes you to the Network analytics page or the Personal analytics page for your Viva Engage network, where you can find many more-specific metrics.
Check featured conversations
Open Quick links > Featured conversations to see the list of featured conversations in the network.
For Actions on any conversation, you can open analytics (the chart icon), open the conversation or copy the conversation's link for each instance.
