I’m sorry that these steps didn't work. My last recommendation is that you contact the original manufacturer of your printer (such as HP, Canon, or Epson) for additional support.
With most printer manufacturers, you can quickly reach customer support by going to your internet browser’s search engine and typing the manufacturer’s name and “support” (for example, “HP support”). Then you can search for your printer model and find more specific assistance.
