You can copy a publication in a campaign and save it as a new publication to save time and increase efficiency. Copying a publication allows you to easily reuse existing content across SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams, including all channel-specific customizations and audiences.

When you copy a publication, all content will be copied to the new publication including all channel-specific customizations and audiences (if you chose to keep audiences) across all distribution channels. The new publication will be in the Draft state. You can copy a publication with any status. It's not currently possible to copy a publication across a campaign.
